What These Free Screening Quizzes Can and Cannot Do

A screening quiz helps you notice patterns and decide whether to seek an evaluation. It cannot diagnose. For children, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends developmental screening at well-child visits and autism screening at 18 and 24 months (CDC). Under IDEA, parents can request a free school evaluation at any time (34 CFR 300.301).
