IEPFOCUS is a specialized platform dedicated to supporting families, educators, and school teams working with students who have diverse learning needs. Our purpose is to make Special Education knowledge accessible, practical, and grounded in real classroom experience. We focus on providing clear guidance, evidence-informed strategies, and high-quality resources that can be used immediately in both home and school environments.
Our mission is to empower those who support neurodivergent learners by offering tools that improve understanding, build confidence, and enhance the quality of educational support.
Who We Are
IEPFOCUS was founded by BERMED, a Special Education Inclusion Lead with extensive experience in inclusive classrooms and intervention programs. Having worked with students presenting a wide range of needs, including ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities, and emotional regulation challenges, BERMED brings practical expertise and a clear understanding of what teachers and parents truly need.
In addition to leading SPED initiatives, BERMED has created more than 180 educational resources for teachers on Teachers Pay Teachers. His work is known for being actionable, organized, and aligned with real classroom demands.
